Suwanee Social Concept Launch & Growth

The challenge
Suwanee Social is a new dining concept that we supported before its opening, working comprehensively from pre-launch to active operations. Our role was both strategic and operational, covering concept definition and positioning, and pre-launch, launch and post-opening continuity strategy.
What we did
Pre-launch, launch, post-opening. One continuous system.
Pre-Launch (Foundation & Demand Creation)
We defined brand positioning and concept storytelling, then built the digital identity and content direction. Instagram, the Google Business Profile and a high-converting website went live before the doors did, with teaser campaigns, behind-the-scenes content and a countdown driving demand. We also ran audience building and lead capture, influencer coordination and soft opening planning. The goal: enter opening day with existing demand and an engaged audience.
Launch (Traffic & Conversion Focus)
We activated paid media campaigns on Meta and Google and produced content in real time through the opening weeks, coordinating influencers and UGC while optimizing local SEO and Google visibility. Traffic peaked on opening week and the first weekends, backed by systems for reviews generation, engagement and community building. The goal: turn the opening into a high-impact, revenue-driven event.
Post-Launch (Scaling & Optimization)
Paid media optimization became continuous, guided by customer behavior analysis and content performance. Retention ran on retargeting campaigns and ongoing community engagement, with online reputation management across reviews and positioning, consolidating the digital channels as consistent traffic drivers. The goal: transition from "opening hype" to sustainable, scalable growth.
Opening day is the deadline, not the starting line. Here's what it actually took.
Brand Foundation
One concept. Defined before day one.
Before Suwanee Social could open its doors, we had to define what it actually was — the positioning, the story, and a look that would hold together across every channel from the very first post.
Concept & Storytelling
We defined what the concept would stand for and how it would be told, so the brand had something to say before it had customers.
Digital Identity & Content Direction
A digital identity paired with a content direction: colors, typography and a shooting brief, so every post looked like the same restaurant from week one.
Across Every Channel
Applied across the ecosystem we built from scratch — Instagram, the Google Business Profile, and a website built to convert intent into visits.

Marketing impact
From zero audience to an active community.
Suwanee Social opened with no audience to inherit, so every digital channel was built from scratch. Instagram carried the concept before the doors opened and kept an active community from the first months, positioning the brand quickly in the local market.

Content Creation
Content from before day one.
Teaser campaigns, behind-the-scenes content and a countdown carried the concept before opening, then content ran in real time through the opening weeks and never stopped.
Website & Digital Experience
A digital front door, open before the doors were.
The website went live as a high-converting landing page while the restaurant was still being built: the concept, the menu and the location in one place, with the reservation always within reach.

These results were engineered by Resto Experience.
We build the full marketing system behind growing restaurants: strategy, content, paid ads, SEO, reputation, and email. One team, one system, built entirely around revenue.
